The delivery of our products on the peninsula and Portugal are 24-48 hours since the payment order. Delivery is made through Victransa - CBS - SEUR during the day after processing.
Delivery times are approximate. In the event that there is any rupture of stock or unavailability of an article Commercial J2F, S.L. will contact you immediately to inform the new delivery date or, if not possible to serve the product, proceed to its cancellation. In any case, a delay in delivery the deadlines specified shall not entitle the customer to demand compensation.
The payment on delivery carries a commission by the agency of 3% of the amount to be reimbursed. This commission will be a minimum of 3.89 € and a maximum of 30 €.
Satisfaction or refund
If the customer is not satisfied with your product, the deadline to request a refund stipulated in 7 calendar days from receipt of order. In this case the shipping and collection borne by the customer.
Before making such refund the customer must contact our sales department within the period specified by our ways of contact (phone, e-mail, etc ...), where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. No return that has not been previously communicated will be made.
To support the return of the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all accessories and documentation of origin. The article to be returned must be properly packaged for return.
Comercial J2F, S.L. will not return the amount or make any forwarding of goods until it has verified the receipt and status of the product, packaging and accessories item being return or exchange.
The price return is originally contained in the order and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment by the customer.
Defective product origin:
Once Comercial J2F, S.L. receives the defective product will send another. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. Only you will be billed the first shipment, taking charge us for the postage for the return and redelivery. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the cost of return and new shipment will not be borne by us.
Product by mistake, does not correspond to the order:
Commercial J2F, S.L. will bear the cost of collecting the wrong item and send the correct order made.
If it is a gift:
It can be changed if the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition. the amount of the purchase will never be reimbursed but can effect change on an item for the same amount or higher. Shipping costs and the price difference if any, shall be borne by the person making the change.
